Dear all,
I am giving a talk at the EIC Detector II workshop tomorrow and I suspect many of you would like to attend the meeting, so I propose to cancel (postpone our regular eRD108 meeting).

However, I would really like to have a meeting on the preparation of the Thin Gap beam test, so I suggest we meet on Friday 19th at 9 am
Would that work for the (mostly) Thin Gap beam test folks? Please reply to me so that we can schedule the meeting.

Seung Joon:
It will be great to give a brief status report on the stands (rotation stand and two tracking stands) that we are going to use at the beam test so that everyone is on track of the mechanical structures.

I won't be able to attend the meeting today.

About the DSC and the DSTC I think that Maxence would be a very good candidate as he recently had gained experience in designing building and installing a detector in sphenix
