[Erd108] eRD108 meeting Friday 10/13 at 9 am

Dear all,
I will be on a plane at the meeting time tomorrow Thusrday 12, so I suggest that we exceptionally move the meeting to Friday 13th at 9 am. Because of the short notice, I would understand that not everyone would be able to make it.

I would specifically like to discuss the Thin Gap beam test results in preparation to the Generic R&D meeting end of this month, so I would appreciate if at least UVa (Huong), Vanderbilt (Sourav) and Yale (Nikolai) could make it.

We could make it short if needed. I will send more details tomorrow

Dear all,
We will have our regular eRD108 meeting tomorrow 10/05 at 9 am. On the agenda, we will discuss the feedback from project and collaboration leaders to the answers we provided on the uRWELL trackers options. Summary from Rob is attached in the .docs document on the Indico page.

I would also like to discuss the updates and plans for the Thin Gap beam test analysis by each institute in preparation of the upcoming Generic R&D committee meeting.

I uploaded on the Indico page, the slides I prepared based on our discussion last Thursday. Please have a look and send your comments.
