[Erd108] eRD108 meeting Thursday 10/19 at 9 am

Dear all,
Just a reminder that we will have our weekly eRD108 meeting tomorrow Thursday Oct 19 at 9 am.
One topic on the agenda - preparation of the slides for the Generic R&D committee meeting talk.

For the people directly involved, I added a slots on the Indico, indicating that I would expect your draft slides uploaded for the discussion / review tomorrow.

  *   The first part of the agenda is on the FY22 progress report (2 slides expected from each group)
  *   The second part on the FY23 proposal (max 3 slides per project

I uploaded relevant material for discussion on the Indico page including the template for the slides. Please use this template. One example is already provide by Marcus in the FY23 - Florida Tech session - Please have a look
