[Erd108] Update on MPGD-DSC organizational; structure

Dear erd108'ers,
There is a need that was underlined at our meeting to update / officialize the MPGD organizational structure now that we have been running for quite some time and have a better handling on the responsibilities for different gaseous subsystem.
As of now in ePIC organization chart, the MPGD-DSC has one DSL (myself) and one DSTC (Maxence Vandenbroucke) but in reality the effective subsystem DSTC are

-uRWELL-BOT: K. Gnanvo
- CyMBaL: F. Bossu / M. Vandenbroucke
- uRWELL-ECTs:  A. D'angelo

This is what we presented at the past PDR review and also how we have been operating so far, so I suggest that if there is no objection, I present the chart in attached pdf at the TIC meeting on the coming Monday and we request the update of the ePIC organization chart accordingly.

For CyMBaL, I would personally prefer that one of you is clearly identified as DSTC but I would leave it to you
