Dear Colleagues

Please find the attached announcement for test beam opportunity at BNL's NASA Space Radiation Laboratory (NSRL), that include 2.5 GeV proton and 1GeV/n ion beams and can be applicable for both detector response and radiation hardness studies. Possible reviving of 30GeV beam is also under discussion.

For question and beam request, please contact Dr. Xiaodong Jiang <xjiang3 at bnl.gov> at NSRL (who also had extensive experience at RHIC and JLab experiments)

Cheers

Jin

Whenever there’s an opportunity, please help us to spread the words: Test beam is available at the BNL/NSRL beamline.

...

In addition, we are working on reviving the AGS extracted beamline, which could deliver protons up to 33 GeV, as it was done in 1960s.

Thank you,

Xiaodong
