I just read through the proposal and there are a couple of areas missing some information.

</span></li><li style="list-style-type: "2. ";"><span>The Barrel MPGD section is missing motivation, person-power, and milestone/timeline sections.</span></li></ol>
<div>I can put something in the motivation section before our 12PM meeting, if no one is actively working on it now.</div>
