Dear R&D PIs and Contacts,

as already discussed earlier the DAC meeting will take place August 28-29, 2024.

The agenda, zoom links, and details are
all available on the agenda. When you do settle on your speaker please let me know. Note that the DAC wanted more time between the meeting and the close-out, thus the close-out is later, Tue Sep 3, 10am. The agenda was approved by the DAC.

All projects are expected to present their status and those projects with FY25 request need of course to detail their proposal as well. Status reports are 20 min, stats reports with FY25 proposals are 25 min.

This is just an upfront notification so you know. More details from Rolf and myself, will follow soon.
