The Technical Point-of-Contact for this document is Vashek Vylet, 
Radiation Control Manager, as such he has played an integral role in the 
development of this material. Technical reviews were provided by (in 
alphabetical order): Gina Dixon -- Radiation Control Department; Harry 
Fanning -- Accelerator Operations; Javier Gomez -- Physics DSO Designee; 
Mike Sprouse -- Facilities Management & Logistics; Rick Taylor -- 
Engineering Department. All individuals within the Radiation Control 
Department were also offered an opportunity to provide comments.

This document has been drafted to enhance procedural consistency and 
reduce redundant information. It recognizes that the Radiation Control 
Department has documented many of their more detailed procedures within 
the "Radiation Control Supplement

been provided to relevant procedures to ensure the most current 
information is provided to individuals.
