[Esh_manual_editor] Review Request - Draft - Final Safety Assessment Document - Revision 7 - Chapters 6 and 7

Attached please find for your review the following documents related to 
the draft "Final Safety Assessment Document Rev. 7:"

  * Chapter 6 -Quality Assurance and Configuration Management
  * Chapter 7 -- Post Operations Planning

This material has been drafted to reflect current laboratory 
operations.These chapters are brief.They addressing quality control and 
configuration management; and post operations respectively.

Please note that:

1) Each chapter is being sent out with its references to assist you in 
the review. The final FSAD publication will have all references combined 
at the end.

Compare documents are provided for your convenience.

It is asked that you provide these documents to affected members of your 
organization for review. Any comments are to be directed to the ES&H 
Manual Editor (mbailey at Jlab.org) by August 14, 2012. If you have no 
input at this time a "no comment" response would be appreciated, but is 
not required.

NOTE:If you are keeping track, you have previously received Chapters 1, 
2, and 3. We are now skipping ahead a bit and sending out Chapters 6 and 
7 together as they are brief.Chapters 4, the hazard assessment; Chapter 
5, associated controls; and the Accelerator Safety Envelope (ASE) are 
still under technical review and will be sent out within the next few 
weeks. The ASE is also the document with the specific list of credited 
control and conditions for operation at 12 GeV and is approved by the 
DOE Site Office.
