Jeanine,

I have no comments on the document itself.

However, since the situation that occurred last Fall regarding risks to 
personnel and stepped up security, a committee drafted procedures for 
that situation, and it seems to me that these need to be integrated into 
our emergency response document at some point.

It seems to me that this would come under section 4.

I will ask Dean Golombeski about this.
