[Esh_manual_editor] Review Request - ES&H Manual Chapter 3510 Appendix T5 Workplace Violence Procedure

Hi Jeanine,

This looks good, though I would add the following:
1.) Section 4.3.1 - "Abide all directions of responding officers and do 
not resist.  Resisting responding officers may lead to unnecessary 
injury and/or loss of freedom."
2.) Section 4.3.3 - I would bold font the following "*Refer all 
questions to Public Affairs -- x7689.*"

I do like the changes you have made in Section 1.0, Section 3.0 and 
Section 4.0 from the last draft.  I find those collaborative changes 
have enhanced this document.
