The Technical Point-of-Contact is Smitty Chandler, M.D., as such he played an integral role in the development of this material. Technical reviews were provided by Tom Carstens - Hall D Physics; 
Anthony Dipette - Engineering; Tina Johnson - ESH&Q; JoAnne Newman - Occupational Medicine; Henry Robertson - Engineering; Scott Thompson - Engineering; and Neil Wilson - Engineering. 

These documents have been written to reflect current laboratory operations. 

It is asked that you review the attached and provide comments by "return to sender" e-mail by March 7, 2014. If you have no input at this time a "no comment" response would be appreciated but is not required.
