[Esr-users] Hall C cryotarget cooldown

David Schleeper and I are cooling the Hall C cryotarget this morning, 
starting around 8:30AM.


Loop 3 will be filled with helium gas and cooled to approximately 15K to 
provide cooling for possible solid target use over the weekend.  Loop 1 
will be cooled with LH2 next week, or as needed.
