[Esr-users] Warm Return Flow

Hi David,

Those bumps are coincident (~every 30 minutes) with the batch fills of the Hall B Cryotarget which uses LHe from the 500liter buffer dewar.
The fist step is to cool the U-tube and then once cold to put liquid into the reservoir.
