All,
Based on Chris Perry's email from yesterday, ESR is already running at an elevated load. Therefore, I recommend not cooling the SHMS dipole until this is resolved and we can be assured that the cooldown will not affect the running Halls.
Regards,

Subject: [Esr-users] Cool down of SHMS dipole
Hi David,
Just for the record, I do not have any objection to Hall C starting cool down of the SHMS dipole on Friday if it can be supported by the ESR/CHL complex without affecting the running halls and meets your standards of readiness (e.g. contamination). I leave it to the engineers however to determine if this is the most appropriate path forward.
Thanks - Javier
