[Esr-users] ESR recovery priority after power incident of 11/25/17

Hi,Please use the priority order CBA to recover the halls the next few days after the CHLs/ESR power incident that occurred today.- I am basing this order in the sense that Hall C is ready to run, B has still to work on some power supplies issues and A has to install and get final T target walk through approvals.Thanks - Javier
