[Esr-users] Fwd: Low He flow to Hall

Jonathan,

Ethan Becker asked me to close the lead flows of SHMS Q1, Q2, Q3 and 
Dipole because he wanted to install lead flow heaters for them. I did 
that. This created a disturbance and tipped the balance and caused loss 
of helium in these magnets. I was working on another heater problem of 
HMS Dipole and did not pay attention to the screen. I should have done 
it one at a time, not four in one time.

The system was quickly recovered after the problem was noticed.
