[Esr-users] fast dump test of Hall C SHMS HB magnet

Hi

Last week the HB retrained up to 3206 Amps.( 3000, 3010, 3120, 3206 is 
the history)
A quench at 3000 is extremely unlikely.

We are not planning any further retraining of HB until the site cryo 
system settles down.
