[Esr-users] Hall B Warm return and CHL status

Hi David,
Please go ahead and switch the Hall B warm return from Purifiers to ESR compressors. This should help save purifier and recovery compressor capacity in the amount of ~1.1g/s to be used by Hall C for their HMS Dipole cooldown.
Hall B is not doing anything with its target until at least Thursday this week at the earliest.
When they do it should have minimal impact on the cryo 4K load or the warm return flow, but they will monitor the warm return flow.

Please go ahead with the 80K portion of the HMS dipole cooldown limited by your recovery capacity.

The CHL is now preparing for pumpdown to 2K. This should take place tomorrow. 
If all goes well then the ESTL should be available for 4K Boost of the ESR (additional capacity) on Thursday
