I apologize for the delay.

We can begin the cool down with limited, but available capacity at CHL Recovery.

For the time being, I would like to ask that the flow rate at CFI60DLP be kept less than 7g/s.  I will continue to monitor and let you know if this value can be increased.

The HMS has been repaired and leak checked. 
It is now ready to begin cooling down from room temperature to ~80K via means of the heat exchanger. 

Please let me know if this agreeable and can be supported by ESR.
