Hall B, You need to do this... ASAP

I looked through the log books and there is barely a mention of it.
In the future an event like this deserves a log book entry and message or two to esr-users at jlab.org

At about 1:30 the Hall B solenoid had a problem that caused it to lose liquid level.  Events like this have a big affect on ESR and it would be good to notify cryo via this mailing list or direct email to myself with a brief description of the issue.
