[Esr-users] SHMS Q2 controlnet faulted

Hall B's Torus magnet went into a controlled ramp down from a cryo event that appears to 
be an inlet pressure spike of over 4 atm. The Torus has recovered and is rampping back up.
counting house staff are reporting a red ESR fault on their screens.
