Hello ESR Users,
The scheduled end of CEBAF beam operation is 0600 on May 6, 2018. Therefore, the Cryogenics Department is anticipating a prompt warm-up of the 15K targets as the first step in the shutdown process of ESR and CHL1 for maintenance. In summary, the challenging maintenance means that the Cryogenics Department depends on a prompt warm-up of the 15K targets.
Thanks!

Subject: [Esr-users] Hall A/C 15K target warmup schedule.
Dear All,
Has a schedule for when the Hall A and C targets need to be warmed up been determined? We will need to know relatively soon, for shift planning, if we need to staff the targets for an additional day if the warmup does not happen on the 6th but instead waits until the 7th of May.
I am available either day but from a user point of view warming up on 6 May would have the advantage of not requiring 6 extra person-shifts.
Thanks
