[Esr-users] [New Logentry] Hall C Moller JT control cables connected

This morning I reconnected the JT valve control cables for the Hall C Moller solenoid.  All valves are still closed, and software control disabled.  Prior to connecting the control cables, I verified that ioc reboots would not result in unexpected valve motion (software control remained disabled after reboot - requires manual intervention to enable).

The Hall C Moller will not be cooled until just before tests of the Hall C Moller polarimeter - TBD, sometime during the fall 2018 run.
