[Esr-users] Fwd: [New Logentry] Hall C target load shift

While Accelerator is down for a week to investigate and repair vacuum 
problems, Dave has begun to put the Hall C cryotarget in standby mode.  
Loop 1 will be cooled to 20 K or so and filled with helium gas, while 
Loop 2 (filled with H2) will warm up.  This will keep the inlet and 
outlet cryo lines cold but will obviate the need to have a dedicated 
target operator in the counting house.

Shifted load from loop 2 to loop 1 and reduced flow from ESR down from 
15 g/s to ~10 g/s.
Heater power supplies and fan controllers have been disabled.
