See my cryo email log entry made at 10:05am where the HMS Q2 fill valve was switched from locked out to auto and the position changed from ~28% to ~30%

At 9:52am the ESR behavior abruptly changed. We are investigating on our end and would appreciate if the Halls could log any possible changes they might have made no matter how small they thought they were.

With a locked out valve setting on its fill valve, the HMS Q2 liquid inventory is mainly dependent on the supply pressure and return. The graph shows that the HMS Q2 started to lose liquid inventory after the dewar level started to decrease. 
The HMS Q2 magnet reacted to a change and was not the cause of the change.

ESR dewar is still loosing liquid level. 
Looking around some more I still see the HMSQ2 not at steady state.
