Without confirmation from the Halls I can only speculate the following: 

Wednesday cooldown of Hall C 
Thursday cooldown of Hall A 

If beam conditions look less than optimal I expect to receive requests to delay this.

Hi Denny and Dave, 

First - I will like to wish you both a Happy New Year. 

I just came from the MCC scheduling meeting and everyone is pushing to get decisions taken in preparation for the run coming soon. Like the message below, the subject of when the cryo targets were going to be cooled down came up at the 1:30 meeting. I know that you both have been talking with Dave Kashy to ensure target cool down is done at times coherent with other cryo activities in physics to maximize our efficiency. I just wanted to re-iterate this.
