The 10,000 liter dewar has been loosing mass at ~1g/s all night.
I have re-instated the Solenoid control methodology that do not use the electric heat to see if that helps any.
This setup allows the lead reservoir to overfill, lets see how it goes. 

Others making adjustments to the ESR or loads on the ESR please be sure to make log entries so we can try to determine which changes make what effects.

It would be good if no other changes are made before 09:00
