[Esr-users] Unstable Hall B return temperature

The attached plot compares the 4.5K return line temperatures among Hall A, B and C. Hall B line is only line that that has the period temperature spike which perturbs ESR operations.

The Hall B 4K return temperature as been very unstable lately including a significant increase in temperature starting this morning at 8 and not turning around until noon.
