[Esr-users] Hall A heat bubble causing disruption for ESR

It looks like Right D1 at Hall A may have quenched (see attached graph)causing a heat bubble to return to ESR, which disrupted liquid levels in the other halls. All liquid levels are recovering with the exception of the right dipole.
