The IOC for the right HRS in Hall A lost communication and was likely the
cause of this issue. We have since rebooted the IOC and brought the right
arm back online. We currently don't know what caused the IOC to lock-up but
we (Jack, Andrew & Jessie) are still investigating it... All Hall A magnets
have returned to normal liquid levels and lead flows. Sorry for the
inconvenience.

It looks like Right D1 at Hall A may have quenched (see attached
graph)causing a heat bubble to return to ESR, which disrupted liquid levels
in the other halls.  All liquid levels are recovering with the exception of
the right dipole.
