[Esr-users] Hall C cool down update

Greetings, 

Cool down status of Hall C magnets. 

Friday afternoon SHMS HB was full and regulating on its Liquid He. Cool down of SHMS Q3 was underway and was on cold return. HMS transfer line was cold. 
In opening the He supply valve to the Hall C fully, the warm return flow increased dramatically. A search was undertaken to find where the flow was coming from. The cause was found to be due to the Moller He bypass being partially opened. This valve was manually shut and placed in manual mode. 

Supply valve to Hall C was reduced and maintained at ~30% over the weekend. HB lost its Liquid inventory and went back on warm return. HMS transfer line warmed up. 

Today Supply valve to hall C is being opened and re-cooling is occurring.
