[Esr-users] Hall C cool down status

Greetings, 

All SHMS magnets are cold and full, 

HMS dipole is cold and full, Q3 is at 21% liquid level and filling, Q2 is slowly cooling down at 1.46K/hr, currently at 74K. Q1 is at 98K
