[Esr-users] Halls Helium outages

Hi Chris 
I know Halls B and C are using 4 atm helium.

Hall B can go for the 3 days with out 4atm helium.
Will we be able to float on recovery?

Steve 
Will you want to go on and off or just
Float like B?
