The safety interlocks worked as programed during the evolution of work at ESR when the 4atm helium was shut off yesterday morning at ~10:00. The flow to the Hall B loads has been re-established. I upped the maximium flow rate to 5g/s since the ESR recovery compressor bypass valve is open
