[Esr-users] HMS Q3 Supply valve

Greetings,

 At 3:27:29 this morning the supply valve to HMS Q3 opened to 100% and stay at this setting until 4:32:29. Flow to HallC went up to ~38 g/s until cryo personal restricted flow to the hall. 
The valve started to shut on its own, but I placed the valve in manual and stroked it to make sure it was capable of operation. Will leave the valve in manual until the valve can be checked out.

Hall C has had issues with 24V board relays failing. This is the first time one has failed stucked open. 
A possible remedy, applying an RC filter across the motors, was being tested and will be implemented. For now all relays will be replaced with new chips.
