[Esr-users] Hall A Target Cooldown

All,

Hall A target cool down will begin at around 9am today. Once the cool down is complete, we will begin ramping our cryogenic magnets up to the required momentum for running beam. Ramping of magnets is estimated to begin early afternoon.
