[Esr-users] ESR isolation schedule for Halls A, B, C

Hi All,
Here is the subject schedule. This is only for 4K supply and return isolation at this point. Please work with Chris Perry for exact times of supply and return line shut off and for details of returning boil-off back to the recovery system.

Please refer to the attachment (excerpt from Cryo Calendar) that shows ESR shutdown on 10May18 following two days of shedding halls. It is unusual for the CEBAF SAD Calendar, which Steve Suhring maintains, to show any ESR activity. Steve uses it primarily to track resource allocation for CEBAF maintenance. Secondarily, the SAD Calendar advertises any potential conflicts with the Facilities maintenance schedule for electrical maintenance and other utility outages. Except for cryomodule activities, the CEBAF SAD Calendar with have little detail about Cryo maintenance.

Hi Guys,
This is what I found on the web. https://accweb.acc.jlab.org/calendar/ it does not have much detail as far as ESR and the Halls.
In fact it seems from this that ESR is up until 5/14.
Sorry to be a pain, but I can't tell anyone what to expect from this.
