Hi,

 Hall C status is in a good state. Liquid are full and regulating, LN2 is good, power supplies are off and current lead mass flow settings are at minimum. U-tubes are warm to touch and no excessive icing. Insulating vacuums are good and flow to hall is reasonable at ~22g/s average.

Good morning,

We are seeing that even with ESR at full power, the plant can't seem to 
keep up with the current load without assistance from the CHL-ESR 4K 
transferline.

If there are any unneeded liquefaction loads from 4K to warm-return, we 
would like to minimize them at this time. Please check and respond back 
if you can.
