[Esr-users] Hall C Moller cooldown

Hall C is starting to cool down its Moller magnet.

Moller will stay on warm return throughout the weekend. Test will be complete by Tuesday.

Hall C Spectrometers will have their current lead mass flows increased to ward off any nuisance magnets trips due to unplanned pressure excursions.
