The LCW problem also caused the HMS Q2 Spare PSU to interlock on water flow.

Interlock has been cleared now.

At 14:50 we were notified of a major alarm that the solenoid was ramping down. This was a controlled ramp-down (not a quench). The torus began ramping down a while later. The cause is apparently a pressure change in the LCW line which prompted the cryo system to start the ramp-down. The experts are on site and working on the problem. The LCW is recovering. We expect that we will take 2-3 hours to get back on the air.
