[Esr-users] [New Logentry] Torus control ramp down

Torus had a controlled ramp down due to the reduction in the pressure across PT8111.
This is attributed to the cryo throttled valve supply to HallB being the last in the priority list.
Suggeted to ramp down Solenoid to ~500A and park (to avoid any fast dump, just in case)
