[Esr-users] [New Logentry] Hall B Cooldown to 4K

We will be cooling the Hall B systems back to 4K and filling them today tonight and tomorrow.
We expect to be full and stable by mid to late Friday on Day shift.

Vacuums on all U-tubes were checked while we were warm. The only two that really needed pumping were the long U-tubes for the Solenoid.
