[Esr-users] [New Logentry] Hall B flow too high

After filling everything we noticed that the Hall was taking more flow. Denny came in Saturday and we discussed the issue on and off all day. On Sunday I looked things over and retuned some PID's, this smoothed things out, but did not reduce the total flow. This moring we made a plan of attack. The first was to look for additional heat loads. We found that there was a heater on in Manual mode in the Torus Service tower and turnd it off. This was written in our standard operating procedure to be set to Manual and at zero, but we missed it late Friday. Torus level has reached setpoint and the flow is reducing.
