Our cooldown interlocks had tripped, courtesy of the site wide power outage, and cooling back down had to wait until everything else was recovered so I started this morning.
This was quite the challenge as it appeared there were a number of secondary problems. The buffer dewars return valve, EV8210BP, failed to function. After some lengthy and painstaking troubleshooting, what was first thought to be an IOC issue turned out to be a damaged connector.  Once this was fixed we continued to have problems with high return pressures to ESR. More troubleshooting led us to failed pneumatic valves at ESR, again due to the power outage. Thanks to the help of Chris Perry and company this was remedied fairly quickly. A long day but the Solenoid and Torus are back at 80K park.
