[Esr-users] ESR Users SAD ’19 plan

Hi Joe,
All three Halls (A, B, C) are planning to keep their magnets full. Each has plans to test some of their magnets and so some dumps and refills should be expected. Depending on scheduling of vendor visits we should be able to have testing in one Hall at a time, but having CHL support to recover will be critical.

Dave,

We (Cryo Ops) request information from the ESR Users to prepare for SAD 2019. Are there anticipated changes in the ESR load, especially helium inventory changes in the halls? For your information, we are preparing to slowly store the Hall D helium inventory and changes in the CEBAF inventory.
