[Esr-users] 7Nov19 - ESR controlled shutdown then restart

ESR Crate 1 24VDC power supply was degrading with intermittent voltage dips, which were increasing in frequency and magnitude. Since ESR EOC1 controls the main compressor system, a plant shutdown was needed for investigation.

In preparation for beam operations, ESR was temporarily shutdown for troubleshooting the crate, which revealed the need to replace the crate power supply.

  *   Turbines shutdown at 1052 on 7Nov19
  *   Second two turbines restarted at 1225 on 7Nov19

The recovery of the ESR 4.5K loads (Halls A, B, C) are still in progress.
