[Esr-users] Cryogenic operation and recovery priority for Halls A, B, C

Hi All,
As determined by Rolf and Javier, the priority to recover or keep the the systems cold is the following.
Hall C has first priority
Hall A is second
Hall B is last

If this changes an update will be announced.
