The alarms are probably related to Hall C return valve https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3834912
The He level an pressure in torus were affected and torus enetered controlled ram down. Now everything seems normal. I reset PLC interlocks and stopped ramp.
Now ramping torus back up to the full field.
