This needs to be resolved today!
The vacuum in the Solenoid is slowly degrading. Over night we had 4 major cycles of vacuum (burping) 
The Solenoid Magnet Reservoir level went from normal 70 to 0 3 times with a few smaller oscillations. 
The flow to the Hall during this time varied from 3 to 15+g/s 5 times and this shakes the Torus and buffer dewar as well as the ESR and other halls
